Fees:  Our current fee is $65 for an individual therapy or energy work session.  Couples Therapy is $80 per session.  A session is generally 60 minutes in duration.

Service starts with an intake process to determine the needs of the individual and how Holistic Harmony Associates can best provide for the needs of the individual or couple.  Fees are expected at the end of each session, unless arranged prior with the therapist.

* We are a fee for service practice, and are not listed on insurance panels for reimbursement.  

Upon request, we can provide ‘super bills’ that you can submit to your insurance provider.

Confidentiality:  The session content and all relevant materials to treatment will be held confidential and will not be released to others without your permission.

However, several legally required exceptions to Confidentiality exist and therefore Confidentiality does not apply in the following situations:

 

-If a client threatens suicide or otherwise conducts him/her self in a manner in which there is a substantial risk of incurring serious bodily harm.

 

-If a client threatens grave bodily harm or death to another person.

-If the therapist has a reasonable suspicion that a client or other named victim is the perpetrator, observer of, or actual victim of physical, emotional or sexual abuse of children under the age of 18 years.

​

-Suspicions as stated above in the case of an elderly person who may be subjected to these abuses.

​

-Suspected neglect of the parties in items #3 and #4.

​

-If a court of law issues a legitimate subpoena for information stated on the subpoena.

​

-If a client is in therapy or being treated by order of a court of law, or if information is obtained for the purpose of rendering an expert's report to an attorney.
